When would I need Professional Indemnity Insurance?
If you agree to a photo shoot you are under contract to produce photographs to an acceptable standard. This could be for wedding, advertising or commercial pictures.
What does this cover me for?
Camera Malfunction
Breach of copyright
Loss or damage to your work caused by either you or your processing lab
Operator error
Plagiarism
Libel and slander

If you have Employers’ Liability Insurance will automatically extend to work carried out on your behalf by an employee.
Our current limit of Professional Indemnity is £75,000 for £76.00 which we can add on as extra cover to your policy.
